MORE ABOUT “READERS”

You’ll need to use a blog “reader” to subscribe to the feed. Everytime you log in, your “reader” automatically checks in to see if your favorite blog has posted any new content. If so, it gathers all the content in one spot for you to read at your convenience.

Think of your blog reader as a well-trained dog. Each morning he goes outside to see if any newspapers or magazines have been delivered. If so, you doggie (reader) brings them all in for you and places them by your favorite reading chair!

We suggest using “Google Reader” or “My Yahoo!”

These are blog reader services that come included with your free Google or Yahoo! account. You don’t need to download or install anything. If you already have a G-Mail account then you have Google account and you have Google Reader. If you already have a Yahoo! account, then you already have My Yahoo!

Back to the subscription process. When you subscribe to our blog using the blog reader of choice, you’ll be taken to your log-in page for that blog reader (Google Reader, My Yahoo!, etc). Assuming you already have an account, you just need to log in using your account information. This log in information stays with your reader (Yahoo, google, etc.). It never passes through our server.

Once you log-in to your account, THAT’S IT!

You will automatically be subscribed to our blog feed! Your reader will do all the work for you and will have our latest content (including articles and podcasts) waiting for you.
