    I cannot begin to tell you how my life changed. I am happier, sleep better, enjoy people and surroundings.
    I also appreciate every nuance of my daily wake.
    Staying in the present moment sometimes is a bit tricky because you have to keep reminding yourself that the NOW is all there is and it is everything.
    It is nice to reflect the past and the possible present through doing it in the NOW.
