LWT 33 | Effortless Freedom – Interview with Matt Kahn

| May 31, 2011 | 7 Comments

Effortless FreedomMatt Kahn asks our listeners: Are you looking for an effortless way to experience the joy and tranquility of your true inner self? Would you like to dissolve the “sticking points” that block you from your own awakening? Elaborating on many of the same concepts explored by Eckhart Tolle, our guest, spiritual teacher Matt Khan, guides us through a surprisingly simple, fun, and non-denominational path towards effortless freedom, presence, and inner peace.

On this recording of our May 3rd, 2011 teleseminar, we were joined by special guest Matt Kahn, a spiritual teacher, mystic, and intuitive healer who travels the world inviting seekers of all faiths to discover their true divine nature.

Matt’s upcoming book, “Effortless Freedom – A Timeless Dialogue of Life’s Deepest Teachings,” served as a springboard for our discussion as we continued our journey of exploring teachings beyond Eckhart Tolle.

We invite you to listen and put into practice the wisdom and guidance that Matt offers during this conversation.  We also encourage you to share this conversation with your friends and experience “effortless freedom” as you explore the simplicity of that which never changes!

Living With Tolle Teleseminar: Effortless Freedom, Interview with Matt Kahn (5/3/11)

About Our Guest:

Matt Kahn, is a spiritual teacher, mystic, and intuitive healer who travels the world inviting seekers of all faiths to discover their true divine nature. Matt’s spontaneous awakening arose out of an out-of-body experience at the age of 8, and his direct experiences with ascended masters and archangels throughout his life. Many spiritual seekers have experienced amazing, unexplainable healings, and have awakened to their true nature through his profound and loving teachings and transmission of sacred heart wisdom. His teachings are often compared to a unique blend of Eckhart Tolle, the great Indian sage Papaji, and the Buddha. Matt is the author of the upcoming book, “Effortless Freedom – A Timeless Dialogue of Life’s Deepest Teachings.”

WOW, thank you Greg and Leo for sharing this very interesting Podcast with us. My intention this morning was to just quickly listen into the podcast but then i ended up being clued to it on and off all day. In fact i listened to it twice to…day and kept going back to certain statements in order to fully understand every detail. I allways thought about an “easy” way in order to explain to people (or family members) how to feel and experience the part within us which “is forever”. This teleseminar offered a super great excercise….. I have allready tested it with my daughter today and it worked :-).
Well, there is only 1 thing i would like to ask because i didnt fully understand it (probably due to the language barrier). When Matt asked the question “if there is any proof outside your experience that Greg exists” (and the answer is oviously No), did he ask this question to demonstrate that every single person has got a different perception of “all that exists” like for example Greg? Or did he actually mean that Greg doesnt really exist (which wouldnt make sense to me). Right at the end of the Podcast Matt said “that other people exist for us to shower them with appreciation” which also implies that what he wanted to bring across with the earlier “question of proof that greg exists outside your experience” was that all we ever think about a person is individual and made up of our own conditioned thoughts. Am i right???? I hope my message made sense.
    Love and blessings

    • Greg says:

Thanks Carina and glad to hear the exercise worked on your daughter! Yes, I believe you are right. Your individual perception (and those pesky conditioned thoughts) are the only proof you have that something outside of you exists. I will follow-up with Matt and see if I can get him to reply to your question. Thanks so much!

i love the first 15 mins and the run thru of feeling Awareness that all is and u are an expression of. “god realization”……… are all all of it. thanks Matt and Host :)

    • Greg says:

@owenfox you are so welcome and to hear that Matt’s exercises worked for you. They worked for me too and I was able to take away a nice “aha” moment! Take care!

  3. Carina says:

WOW, thank you for your help Greg, it would be so nice to hear Matts answer. Iam still confused wheter he meant that nothing really exists outside or besides ourselves ?(which would be a scary thought) or wheter he meant that everything that exists is labelled and experienced through our unique filter (our own conditioning) and therefore we all have individual experiences of what exists (which would make sense again) Love and blessings :-)
