How can the teachings of Eckhart Tolle help you cook with presence? When you are in your kitchen, are you anxious about the future or the past? On this recording of our June 1, 2010, teleseminar, we are joined by special guest Alma Schneider who shares how cooking with presence can help people overcome negative thinking in the kitchen – the biggest obstacle to approaching cooking in a conscious way – and how we can practice presence inour kitchens.

Alma Schneider is an LCSW and founder of the blog Take Back the Kitchen. Alma is a “Kitchen Coach” and in her practice and her blog, she helps people overcome their personal obstacles to cooking. In our conversation with Alma, we also explore how you can you enjoy the smells, the tastes, the creativity, and the nurturing that cooking embodies – and use your time in the kitchen as a spiritual practice.
This was a fun interview with a ton of great practical information you can use starting today. We highly recommend you take a listen.
Peace,
Leo & Greg
