With regards to the story of Michael’s sister; her tenants not paying the rent on time; I feel that it is also important to look at what she could do if she had not received the rent on time. I would like to say that surrender and to take a few deep conscious breaths would be useful in this scenario, so as to stop the mind in its negative tracks and subsequently calm the mind down, and to step out of its negative habitual pattern. There can then be a more effective focus on the problem which is a more calm and methodical response to the problem which prevents polluting the body and the enviornment with negative and anxious, toxic emotions. After all, the anxiety and the negativity and the worry will not solve the problem, it will only make it worse.

I would also like to say that for some people to transcend above thought and the mind, it may be necessary for them to identify and release the pain body. As a heavy pain body would also be an obstacle in transcendence of thought and the mind.
